Pics: Picked up a new '12 "Active Hybrid" 7 last night

Beautiful!! Only had my AH 7 for a day now! AWESOME car, but not in love with the auto shut off engine at stop lights. If you leave the transmission in DS, does the engine stay on? Or do you have to fiddle with Auto Hold, jiggling the steering wheel, etc..??

Have to keep it in DS. But after a few days you get used to it. I am starting to like it more
I think best 7 they make. Wish u could get m sport like they do in Europe for this

Thank you!! So simply just keeping the transmission in DS, will kill the auto start/stop feature? If that works, then that is so easy....and what's not to like about DS mode??

Lose some gas mileage but really becomes unobtrusive after a couple weeks
