Alarm issue

My X5 alarm always triggers for no apparent reason and its draining my battery, please help

if it is the hood alarm switch you can just unplug it and if that was the problem your alarm will not trigger. Located inbetween the windscreen washer bottle and the windscreen, just pull the plug from the back of the switch.

exactly what they said. I had the exact same issue. Unplugged it and hasnt happened since.
