On the road again
OK--I have my car back now with a different tranny installed. The one thats there now has 40k miles and the old one had 230k miles. What I have noticed that this new tranny shifts better than the old one did when I bought the car new. I thought something was wrong and now I know there was--but thats in the past. Car is still pulling great and the gass mileage is better than before. This was a project that at my age--I wasn't up for--but 2200 bucks later I'm pleased and the car is doing fine--next plan of action--installing a 530 engine with low miles into the wagon--that should really wake the ride up
