Unhappy convertible top repair

Can anyone recommend someone in the Chicago area to synchronize the fully automatic convertible top on my '99 323i? We took it to a local dealer last fall and got it back in worse shape than when we took it in.

Then the dealer that screwed it up needs to make it right.
