Can anyone recommend someone in the Chicago area to synchronize the fully automatic convertible top on my '99 323i? We took it to a local dealer last fall and got it back in worse shape than when we took it in.

Top was down trouble going up! (manual 323i)
I am a noob! sorry but i wasn't paying attention when the former owner showed me how to raise the top.
i don't have the owner's manual. (in the mail) Help, i don't want to force anything. just bought it on 06/06/12 and the owner isn't home today.anyone got the answer? |
