I need a torx bolt for the CPS sensor

I lost the torx bolt that hold the CPS sensor in on the exaust side. I droped it when I was putting it back in & I can't find it, I tried fishing it out with a magnet (which worked last time) It now joins several allen wrenchs & a 10mm ratchet in the breumda triangle that is my engine compartment.

Anyway I need one. I'm know i'm gonna be smelling oil when I drive so where can I get one?

A BMW dealer? Look up the part number at realoem.com and call around. If you're lucky, it will give you the size and thread pitch and you can just go to a hardware store and find a suitable replacement.

Have you tried dropping the plastic belly pan to find all of these lost items?

I can probably get you one of these no problem from my buddy and his salvage yard. I'll check with him. PM me tomorrow and remind me.
