E30 fog lights not working

Hey guys I'm having issues with my fogs... they don't come on. The switch works fuse is good so i don't know what else to do and info would be fantastic. And for the guys who say search sorry i can't because the mobile app won't allow me too.

bulbs?

actually plugged in?

Relay?

wiring?

headlights on before trying to turn fogs oN?

It has bulbs i actually have a hid kit for them as far as i can tell the harness is all there how can you tell if the relay is working?

there are more proffessional ways of doing it, but you can remove the relay and put it into the master relay spot and try and turn the car on if its like normal then swap the relay back into its position and trouble shoot elsewhere.

also, just because bulbs are there doesnt mean they are any good... have youu tried to find the resistance of them using a multimeter?

Are you getting good ground and voltage at the ends?

I don't have a multimeter i basically have cave man tools.. lol

searching for electrical issues without a multimeter is a waste of time. youll never find the cause
