Thanks guys. I am loving the new look. Still need to finish the headliner a,b pillars and te door cards, but its off to a good start.

Where's the rear headrests, though? :shifty:

Most models didn't get rear headrests here in the US.

I think only the '98s and '99 E36s in the US had the rear headrests. Since he has a 328, it must be a '96 or '97.

Oh I see.. Some of the model differences between US and EU are quite strange.
Late EU e36-s are quite loaded and I don't think I've seen one w/o rear headrests.

Yeah, and nearly all E36 BMWs sold in the US were "loaded". They pretty much all had everything and the kitchen sink, to my chagrin. I'd love it if mine had clotch seats and no moonroof.

Already gone mate, got some nice slightly smoked OEM headlights on it, got rid of the **** M badges on the bonnet and bootlid (or trunk as you guys would say!)

Need to drop the rear end a little lower, and I have the M50 manifold + big bore throttle body sat on my floor at the moment waiting to go on, I can't wait!

I have the headrests. I've been contemplating removing them but I don't know. Can't make up my mind.

Those alpina wheels are teh secks.

LowE36 is that suede on your c-pillars too? You should wrap the rest of the headliner. People will get in and go "Is that... did you... you classy son of a bitch"

I need to see if I can fix a spot in mine without dropping it back out, but I might end up having to pull it again. I definitely need to do the A and C pillars again because they are sunfaded, and I think I'll take the parcel shelf out and wrap that while my buddy tints the car. Then finally do my door cards like I've been talking about for the past 3 years. Suede errywhere.

I got my a pillars (ones up front) wrapped with same material as my seats, marina vinyl...The suede looks sick in Ivan's car tho.

Yes tan suede for the pillars. And I ran out of time Monday so I didn't get to the headliner yet. :P It will get the diamond stitched treatment as well... Stay Classy!
