rear tires upsize will it affect ASC on staggered setup?
just wondering if it is safe to put higher profile tires on rear wheels with staggered setup.
original size is 17" with front: 225/45 and rear 245/40; new setup: 225/45 and rear 245/45; Will it cause any transmission issues or ABS/ASC? Thanks in advance |

Nope but it will promote more under steer unless you dial it out via the suspension + alignment (may require aftermarket swaybars and adj shocks/struts.

There is an "allowable tolerance" for the DSC/TC....if your particular combo exceeds the limits of that tolerance, you could have a problem. If it stays within the limits, you should be OK. I would go back to the tire shop and make some noise, though. It sounds like this is their responsibility....
