4x4 error and ABS lights

2005 X5 4.4

After having this problem pop up a few times in the last month I took it to get the Battery and alternator checked and they checked out fine...but on the way home the Navigation and stereo flicked off and reset and the 4x4 error and ABS lights came on. I was a short distance from our local repair man with a nice new code reader. Here are the codes and any help will be greatly appreciated.

The 4x4 and ABS are probably a result of low voltage... I had it happen when I picked up my X5 from the dealership... I had to jump it and then reset the lights by turning the wheels lock to lock... I would have the battery and charging system re-checked at a different shop... Or something is draining the battery overnight...
