So i took my baby to shop for a nocking on the front passenger side tire and end up being the lower control arm got it back from the shop the next day, the same night I went out to get groceries and noticed that my headlights was pointing down, the next morning I try to level them manually but no luck, so here is some questions what could have caused? Can it be fix without having to buy a new set of headlights should I take it back to the shop???? Guys please help me out!!!!

IIRC, 4.6is headlight is self-leveling. Maybe the motor or sensor when bad. I would take it back to the shop and hear what they have to say.

I think there is a level sensor on the front control arm for front dive under braking which sends a signal to quickly beam the lamps upwards for safety. Maybe that sensor was not reconnected. I would take it back. The odds that both headlight motors are gone at once is quite unlikely.
