Umnitza ICE VXX Fitting Help

Help Help Help

I own a 2005 730d and need help fitting my new Angel Eye Bulbs.

I tried to follow the official predator install guide and it was useless.

I even removed my bumper, took the headlight out and still couldnt figure out where the bloody angel eye bulb is located.

This is a picture of my headlight removed from the car.

This is the sticker detailing the specification of the headlamp.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's the facelift headlight or pre-facelift?

This is the front of my car. They are the adaptive lights. The real OEM site really confused me.

Yup so it's the facelift lights as I thought.
If the build is also same with the 06+ ones, then the angel eye bulb housing is on the bottom (underneath) of the headlight assembly, there is a round plastic cap you have to unscrew first, and you will see the bulb.

(on your pic: left side, bottom )

Beamlord thank you very much. I thought for a while I was going insane as every picture and diagram on every forum showed the angel eye bulb being on the back of the housing.

Ill get the bumper off again this weekend and report back.

No problem my friend. I went through the same confusion back then, even my mechanic didn't figure it out on the first try, and had to disassemble the bumper two times.

poundrick, would you mind posting pics when you have them installed? I'm interested to see what they are like. Are they intended to look like the OEM white ones in the newer BMW's or do they have a blue tint?

Stuart
