mint dash, knee panel and a bunch of other stuff were a plus. most of the interior was in pieces on the back seat, most of its still there

the tool kit was mint .. so i will be selling it as i have no need for it.
hey i was wondering still selling parts for the 325 if you are email me at fgarciametal@aol.comi have the same car and color

cluster for me too please..

can u put together a second us cluster for me and ill pay u for it plus shipping.. mine is all metric/euro.. and i swear im gonna get a speeding ticket sooner or later....
replaced some small parts

when putting in the new cluster one of the tabs snapped off. so i took the oppertunity to build myself a full euro cluster but with miles for a speedo since that is one thing i need to know.

i figure i can make one out of these right ? .. i knew having a spare cluster would come in handy

there is a grey marker euro cluster, a full euro cluster and 4 US clusters. i havnt finished the final one yet.[/QUOTE]

Dude, read everything over 4 days and it was ridiculously good! Ive been looking for my first E30 to buy and this thread has given me so much inspiration and dedication to working on it aha. The car turned out amazing, have you go a build thread for the new car???
Sadly a 1990 318is I found the other day got snapped up in the same day. Was going for $1000Aud and has some slight rear quarter panel damage, I was shattered haha.

Steve sold the car. I'm sure he still manged to make a profit off the car. Was a very attractive car I'm sure now even with a M50 that car could have sold for 10K.

i returned it to stock and resold every part of the car(including the car) for more than i paid for it. i didnt sell it as seen in my sig or in this thread. or i would have been askign near 10k for it.

funny this thread was dug up. i was helping a buddy move out today and he had another friend helping. i had to stop at my house to unload some paint so it wasnt overheating while sitting in my car. when i stopped at my house the other kid stopped behind me. the kid got out of his car and had this completely surprised look on his face. .. so i asked what was up. his response was " holy ****, YOU'RE BMW STEVE! i didnt even know. everyone at my school used to talk about you. you had the sickest car in town." i just smerked and said "ya, thats me." then he went on for like 15 minutes describing my car to me and telling me how much people talked about it. i havn't had the car for over a year, it was funny how excited this kid was about it even this long after.

i have an m52 in the garage and a 91' calypso . we'll see where that goes eventually. i have other projects to work on before that tho.

I completely forgot what the bronzit looked like when you picked it up. I was sitting here bored as sh*t since Kayla is still passed out and skimmed through. Should have never sold that car, and I should have never sold you the calypso. Meh, we'll both be doing it alllll over again soon. 2 m20 tarbos comin right up

i r haz 24v valves

i could change the color of the calypso to whatever i wanted. don't think i havn't thought about making it bronzit and bringing that car back to life, but with an upgraded m52.

You can never bring it back to life because the bronzit was a piece of **** when you bought it. the calypso is not.

as discussed on the phone .. the calypso is way worse than the bronzit was. the bronzit shell was far from a POS when i purchased it.

Whoah, don't change the color. Calypso is pretty cool on E30's. I'm sure you have seen some nice calypso E30's but I haven't. Keep the color. Atleast over bronzit, and not a brown. Too much brown going on lately.

calypso has been done too many times. i like it better than bronzit, but if i'm doing a project it's not goign to look like a car you've seen 20 other people with.

how many well done bronzit's have you seen ?

He didn't want to pay the premium for calypso paint.
