Default DVD volume

Is there any way to set the default DVD video volume? Mine always starts super soft and I have to dial it all the way up to hear anything.

On the other hand, when the DVD is ejected, the radio kicks in and is super loud.

Anyone with this issue too? And any insights on how to handle this? Btw, I'm using the DVDinMotion thingy for DVD video.

I've been trying to find a way to play around with default DVD settings but can't find anything. The biggest one for me would be the zoom mode under additional options. I love to use the entire screen for DVDs.

Anyone out there able to help with this and maybe the volume question as well?

There is a setting to get your DVD playing full screen, try options while in DVD menu.
I play DVD full screen in motion.
The sound settings are not to be found in the standard BMW modes.
If they are codeable that would be a good reason to start building an OBD2 cable.

You misunderstood me. I'd like to code that zoom mode as default so I don't have to check that box under options every time I start the DVD.
