New TPMSensors Programming

I have a 2011 X5D and I recently installed new wheels with new sensors that we got from Tire Rack-
Now, I know how to reset thru the menu but the "reset" is grayed out and I cannot click it
It just says TPM malfunction- besides the obvious go to the dealer and get it checked is there any other trick I'm not thinking of??

I'm resetting mine right now..if the car is in motion the "reset" will be gray...stop the car and park it and it should be ready for reset
