2003-z4 3.0 please help horn sounding buy istself

Hi could anybody please help over the last week when i have being using the car the horn just toots by itself usually at the most embarrassing times like when i pull in to a car park or parking junctions, reverse sometimes just a short blast other times quiet a long one PLEASE HELP
