question about tire tread depth across tire
Are shoulder grooves designed with less tread depth? or do I just have normal wear and tear or underinflation?
I have only 1000 non-aggressive miles on my dws tires. I just bought my first ever tire tread gauge. my car has 0.8 degrees negative camber, and the area near both shoulders has slightly less tread depth. However, right next to the inside shoulder, where the crosshatch tread pattern is located, I have full 11/32" tread, right where it's marked in the picture below, very close to the 9.5/32. so, again, are the grooves near the shoulders also supposed to have 11/32", or is mine normal? or am I just underinflated? I am at 35 psi.
