Dtech vs Mtech Angel Eyes

Does anybody feel strongly that the Mtech is worth an extra $100? I have no experience with these:

Does Cree Inc. (MTEC offer) still have the highest lumen per watt ratio? Noted only 10 watt rating; other's 35 watt. 35W mighty high for LED's - misconception?

Heat's the worry w/higher power draw. Didn't see lumen output, either unit, quick read.
