2009 328i Valve Noise
I bought a CPO 2009 328i in April, now have 29k on it, and was quick enough to make a smartphone video of the valve noise last week. I dropped the car off today and got a call this afternoon that they will be replacing the lifters and rocker arms. Hopefully i never hear the noise again, and wont need the new cylinder head. I have only been getting 24mpg on purely highway driving. I hope this repair will improve my mileage. I saw a few older threads regarding this problem on older model cars. Does anyone have any more info i should know about?
EDIT= I also got the "Service Engine Soon" light with it. Of course it was on until i got to the dealer and when he started it up it didn't come on. Lukily i took a picture of it.
