Looks correct.
Pic shows bowden cable release latch in correct position on passenger seat.

they're on the outside of the E36 seats. didnt know they were moved on the E46.

I didn't go look at both, but when I worked on my spare passenger seat it had two.

That is so your rear passenger can get out of the car without the front passenger having to know how to move the seat.

EDIT: And only one on the driver's side so your passenger doesn't try to kill you as easily while you're driving.
