Hi It looks like an Earl Shribe $39.95 paint job especially where the two colors meet. Nice idea but you need a more professional job for it to get a 10.

The car is cool.

That "V8" badge has got to go ... it looks like someone went nuts in an auto accessory store.

The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there".

"Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.”

”They're” is a contraction of “they are.”
“They are” should always be able to replace “they're.”

Extra credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3" not "I'm looking for a M3".

Wow...really? Want some salt to make your foot taste better? Look again.

That two-tone paint treatment was done at the factory by BMW Individual. Notice the two paint codes on the photo of the underhood sticker: Mora Metallic (359) and Aspen Silver Metallic (339). You can bet the line is razor-sharp. The irregular look of the transition in some photos is a reflection of the trees and sky in the Mora (purple) paint. It's also visible, though less noticeable, in the silver of the C pillar. (Earl Scheib? Please.)

I ran a VIR on the car at bmwvin.com to find out about the interior. No surprise, that's custom too: Cassis Walknappa full leather, custom trim, Kleenex boxes, a mini-fridge...the equipment list is as long as my arm!

OP: Congratulations on acquiring such a rare and beautiful car. Take good care of it!

That car does not get any more original than that! BMW Individual to be precise. It might be a bit dated due to age and the desert sun/sand friction but that is quite a car!

Thanks for the sharing!

It is slick!
