I got the kit from dietz is a German company you can check out their site is all plug and play and audio is thru fiber optic cable a friend has on his 5 series and it was easy to install and works great

I will check on a distributer in us for dietz, thanks for the reply on the spacers cccp I am going to order 15mm I don't have a lot of space and the car is lowered already
