Warranty Work -- New Parts.

Hello,

My car is still under warranty, and I'm thinking about taking it to the dealer depending on the answer to this...

If your BMW needs something like a new engine, transmission, front differential, or etc...will the dealer put in a new/refurbished part? Or will they put in a junkyard part to save themselves money?

New or remanufactured parts, but not "junkyard" parts. All parts come frm BMW.

Not only that but you get a two year warranty on the part, which is a nice bonus if you're late in the warranty cycle.
