BMW going All IN on remaining MY12s

There is no better time than now ...Build out allowance $$$ on remaining MY12;

Revised
328i/335i/M3 coupes $1,200.00 + 2K = total OC $3,200.00
535i/535xi $1k + 2,500.00 = total OC $3,500.00
All 7 Series models $2,500.00 + 4K = total OC $7K

* F30s do not apply
If model is not listed above ... No additional money

Can be combined with loyalty

The chase is on...

I was negotiating with a couple of dealers last week on remaining 2012 7-series models, but I knew BMW would have to offer more incentives since the updated 2013 models are coming out next month. How much "build out allowance" is available on the 7 series?

Thanks for the info.

How much additional build out allowance on the 335 coupes besides the $2k option credit, as well as the $750 loyalty credit?

While everyone is asking specific questions, I will add one of mine: how much on an M3? Thanks for all your help.

Damn, that could end up at $7,200 in incentives for a 3 coupe or $6,000 for a 3 vert.

$3,200 Option Credit (2k for vert)
$1,250 Build Out
$1,000 Team USA or USAA
$1,000 New Grad
$750 Loyalty

Make that $8000 total incentives if you can add:

$300 ultimate drive
$500 bmwcca rebate

It's amazing that all can be combined! I wonder if they had such great deals when the previous gen of 3 series went out in 2005? If not, this is probably the best time to buy, ever!

Yeah, I noticed on BMWusa.com it seems to just lump it in with the option allowance which is now shown as $7000 instead of $4500 on the 7 series. Followup question, for the option allowance do you have to have that much in options on the car to claim the full credit? If I have less than $7000 in options on the car does that reduce the option allowance I can get?

I think this is great for buyers.
It is a sign of the economic times as well.

If they've added it in online, then my above numbers may be off, and it may only be $6,000 off for coupe, and $4750 for vert. I just noticed that Justin does not mention verts, so there may be not be an option credit for them.

So a 535i has these incentives
Option credit 3500
Loyalty 750
BMW CCA 1000
Drive for Team USA 1000
Ultimate Drive 500
Buildout 1000
Total of
7750?
How close to invoice can you typically get before the incentives on a 535i?

Where did you guys find the build-out values for the models?

What would it be, for example, on a 6er coupe?

BMWUSA website shows right now that $3,200 is the total options credit available for 2012 3 series coupes. Originally this amount was $2,000. My understanding was that BMW changed their incentives a couple of days ago and added in $1,200. Is this the source of your "build out" $1,250 cash? If so, then the BMWUSA website already combines the amounts.
