Wheel/vibration/alignment problem

On June 20 I was driving home on the Washington beltway. I was driving past my exit when my wife pointed at me that I was missing it. I took the exit at the last second and I hit the edge of the ditch between the road and the unpaved area in between. I hit it pretty hard on the driver side.

After that, I felt a bumping sensation as I drove. Went to the dealer and they told me that I had bent the wheel on the driver's front side. They said the tire was fine. They replaced it with a new wheel. I left and I still felt not a bumping, but a vibration on the front of the truck.

Went back and they told me that the balancing weight had fallen off the new wheel and they had put it back. When I left, the vibration felt worse so I took it right back. Then they told me that they had checked more carefully and they found another dented wheel, on my driver's side rear wheel. They moved it to the passenger's side rear wheel. They said they felt nothing wrong anymore, but if I still believed I had a problem, they recommended I changed the dented wheel. When I came home and checked their statement, they also wrote on it (but never told me) that they also would replace the two front tires.

I still detect some vague front to back shaking that is still present. I feel it slightly on very smooth roads and it's magnified by bumpy roads. Do I change the other wheel? Why do they want to change the two front tires? Am I just being paranoid and what I'm feeling is normal road feedback?

I remember my X5 being rock-solid and not worrying about bumps, vibrations and shakes.
I would like some feedback from everybody before I spend major money without any assurances from tghe dealer.

Your dealer has repeatedly failed to solve you problems, so they will likely continue to waste your time and money.

All 4 wheels need to be inspected by a wheel repair specialist. Most minor damage can be repaired, and the wheels will be better than new.

Tires should be road force balanced.

An alignment is needed. An alignment specialist might be better than your current dealer.

Shocking that an alignment has not been done, and/or has not been mentioned.

POST up the numbers, DON'T just say "they did it and said its fine"...

Needs help also my 94 bmw 525 touring i replaced shocks, front rotors aligned and balance but shaking at 55mph and its getting worst. Kindly advise.

Thrust arm bushings. Dont know what they are called on a 94 525... VERY difficult to diagnose visually, many shops will say "fine".
