Speedometer removal
Anybody ever taken one of these out? I have the cluster out, but the speedo will not pull out and I have no visibility of anything that might be the problem. This really shouldn't be that hard. I'm looking at the reman replacement hard to see if I can find what might be gripping like the hubs of hell. The Bentley manual says to pull it from the face. I pull much harder and I'm going to break something. Something hard to fix.
Whoops, no wait, I got it. One of the connectors has a wire coming out of it, which pulled out easily, but the connector had some probes that went into the speedo unit sideways. Took the connector off and out it came. That wasn't so tough now was it?
