BMWFS Online "Activation"

Hi everyone,

I paid for and financed the car a few weeks ago and will be picking up in Munich on Monday. I am still unable to log in / activate the BMW FS portion of my account on www.bmwusa.com - were you guys able to do this? I only ask because the first payment date is stated as 8/8/2012 on my contract but I'm not 100% sure if that's the payment due date or when it will be sent to me. Have not received any paperwork from BMWFS in the mail either.

I had the same issue. Picked up the car at the end of June. 1st payment due at the end of July. I got an email around July 15 that said that a payment request would come in the mail soon. It was at that point that I was able to log in to the account. The payment request showed shortly thereafter as promised.

Once you link to BWMFS you will be unable to view your production/delivery status. It just goes away. So, not linking too soon is actually a good idea.
