air conditioner fan stopped working

My Z4 sat idle for two months and the battery ran down. I had to jumpstart it. Then when I drove it, the fan for the air condition wasn't working and the clock could not be reset. I believe the problem could be as simple as a couple blown fuses. Any ideas?
