Wow...!
That inter-cooler is pretty low... I would be worried about knocking it against something while driving... At least if it were on my car, because my car is a good 2" lower than the OEM sport height... ![]() Awesome car...! Thanks! Jason

I have Eibach springs which sit the car about the same as you say. The IC is in the bumper and barely can be seen. It is about 1 inch higher than the bottom of the bumper.

Yes most certainly will show you they are sort of hard to see these days with the piping in the way.

There are 2 versions one that under drive the alternator and one that doesn't. LEDs draws next to no power as compared with regular bulbs. The one that doesn't under drive is suppose to be for big amps for audiophiles. I have the alternator under driven with no issues. I have 3 electric fans and a beefy electric pump for my IC.

Throttle response was a bit quicker. But like JC said they don't add a ton on their own but lots of little things add up. Also the benefits of things like this just get better with more mods you make. Since it lightens everything up it increases by a % not just a constant. The car is a system and they all work together...improving everything is the way to get most power.

Alternator will spin slightly slower causing it to charge slowerer at low rpms. Idle it is around 12.2V and normal driving it is around 13.4V. Very rarely on mine when stopping as rpms drop my battery light will flash on and back off. This is just that the voltage drops below threshold as it seems evosport has it sized to be almost exactly at the level. Water pump is under driven. This will cause your car to run slightly hotter...this is actually good for performance. Fan as well as pump run slower. Gauge will not show a difference though. You will run maybe a little over 100C on the OBC. I think it raised temp on mine by maybe 3-4 degrees C. Power steering pump runs slower. This is really the only thing you will notice. At very slow speeds and low rpms steering is a bit stiffer. Like parking and what not it is not horrible but it is noticeable an sometimes have to give a quick rev to spin the pump a bit to assist. You get used to it. Other con is the OEM belt size is no longer going to work as all pulleys are slightly larger. The kit comes with a belt but it is a standard size you can get at any automotive store I believe it is 6pk1693 I use gates belts they cost like $8. And I always have a spare.

i just checked mine. With the new motor the hottest she gets is 99C on the OBC and that when sitting idle during a drive...if moving she goes down to 95C. In INPA I just read the in and out temps which were 184F (84C) and 204F (95C). I have a very powerful electric fan.

Will the power delivery on a Supercharged 540 be at the same Rpm as it was N/A ?

Same here Brian. Had fun at dinner. We definitely did our best "car nerds" discussion.
Got slammed on the way home. The downpour was impressive to say the least! Hope you get that last 2% tune you need to smooth out your beast and I also hope to see you again at Show and Shine before you're off the the LDU.
