Unhappy Can't see anything at night in my E36

Hey guys, i have a problem with my 98 323is instrumental cluster. When i brought this car last year, several indicator lights were out, such as parking break indicator light, check engine light, ABS light, break fluid light. Due to lack of check engine light, i can't pass the emission because the OBDII will report a code said check engine light missing/not working. So i put several light bulbs back, please note, there was no light bulbs inside the cluster at all.
After I fix the light bulbs problem, i found out that there is no light for my speed/engine speed/coolant tepre/gas indicators at all. Thus, I have no idea what speed i have when i driving in night.
Any help? Or do you guys know any special instrument cluster shop?
PS: my 323is can't change the steering wheels, no way to lower of higher the steering wheels. So, i can't take the cluster out, the steering wheels will blocks the cluster.

TBH not sure on the 323is. On my 92' 325i you need to take the airbag out (two torx on the back of steering wheel) and then you need to use an impact gun to get the one bolt holding the steering wheel on off.

On a lot of E36's you can get the cluster out without pulling the steering wheel. Mine came out with no problems, had plenty of room. If needed you can disconnect the battery so that you can turn the ignition without getting any fault codes, slip the cluster forward and then turn the steering wheel to move it to a place where it has room to be pulled out.

This is another solution.
