Trouble with Dealer
I am done trying to get satisfaction from the service department at my dealership in Indianapolis. Can anyone suggest a next point of contact, BMW or Regional person?
I would much rather just make a phone call and work this out but my next step is to send a letter from an attorney to BMW and the dealership detailing my experiences and lack of satisfaction with the service. The letter would be a non threatening letter designed to get someone's attention so I can get it resolved. Any suggestions? |

I would suggest your next step should be talking directly to the General Manager of the dealership. This is who the Service Manager works for. Just calmly explain the situation and what you think should be done to resolve it. If you get no satisfaction at that level then you could go to the owner or contact a lawyer. All BMWNA is going to do is call the dealer and ask what is going on. Then they will tell you that the dealer is the final call on service issues and that they can't do anymore.
