Possible to display CIC in German on US F10?

Is it possible to add German as a language option on the CIC on a US spec F10? I checked the coding thread and didn't see any mention of it there. I did Google up some threads pertaining to adding languages, but those were for retrofitting the CCC to a CIC.

I would think that all of the languages are in the system, but masked to only show the ones relevant to North America.
