Audio Question

I have power to headunit(stock) everything works, cd changed(stock) works fine, amp I think works fine(stock). The kicker is that the fuse on the back of the amp blows up. I replaced the 10 amp with two ten amps and a fifteen amp fuse with the same result the speakers popped and the fuses were fried.

Im thinking of upgrading to blaupunkt stuff(head unit, amp, and speakers) thoughts?

Could be a short after the amp, or a blown component inside the amp itself.

I can bring some test equipment with me on Sunday and we can check out it.

Yeah. I just havnt had time to look Into it. The fact that it powered the speakers makes me think the amp is okay.

If anyone cares, with Radians help we've found the amp to be the cause, tho nothing but corrosion seems to be the issue. I hope it can be saved!
