8/8: On the Tamesis with a 8/18 NY ETA

800 number says I am still at the port

What does it say for you?

800 number still says in transit to port of exit, so it is obviously behind.

Woot! Just checked the tracking site and I am also on the ship! Hooza! Should have her in my possession by the 25th!

@samualcc Congrats! You think a week will be enough to go from vessel to delivery?

I am think it will be. We should be off the ship on the 18th. Then thinking 2 to 3 days at the port before getting on a car carrier. My dealership is only 2 hours from the port, so thinking 1 or 2 days for transport and then a day for dealer prep. With luck, that means pick up on Saturday the 25th or Monday the 27th at the latest.

Link to tracking site? my 335i MSport came out of production on the 1st so i'm hoping i made this ship too !

Keep trying. Mine was not showing up until this morning even though it was loaded the day before. Looks like the next ship headed to Baltimore is the COURAGE on the 10th. Good luck!

Looks like she just left Southampton... now the long wait begins.

I think she's might be a bit ahead of schedule. Was supposed to reach Southampton on the 10th but she was docked there night of the 9th.

Yeah I have been watching the Marine Traffic site all morning. The 800 number for me updated this morning to in transit.

Yeah I am hoping it is a bit ahead of schedule, but I am not sure how to read the schedule itself. Does Southampton August 10th mean arrive on the 10th or leave on the 10th. Somehow having all this information makes the wait even harder.

You can find a more user friendly schedule, which shows expected arrival and departure at all of the ports for Tamesis at http://sagaweb.2wglobal.com/AppSched...ring=CF231-TAM

As you can see from this, she was support to arrive and leave Southampton on the 10th. Next stop NY baby! Or more like NJ I think but it's still listed as NY.

TAMESIS means Thames btw.

Out of range now. She will show up again on the other side of the atlantic. Guessing around Friday.

@samualcc since our cars were built during the same time, and mine got built without the standard Bluetooth and USB audio, wondering if your car got effected too by that issue. My CA didn't know about it till I told him cuz I found out through this forum and confirmed on http://bmwvin.com/

BMW website actually updated to finishing touches. Dealer thinks the car will be in on or around the 22nd!
