Seen this Lime Green BMW? Call 911!

The suspects in the vehicle pictured below are believed to have followed the victim from Dallas. The suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint after he pulled into his driveway. The victim was standing outside of his vehicle gathering his belongings when two black male suspects ran up, and one pointed a black handgun at him. The suspects ordered him to drop the bags that he was holding. The suspects took the victim’s laptop and fled on foot eastbound on Havenwood Dr. The suspects then entered a lime green BMV, driven by a third suspect, and fled eastbound on Havenwood Dr. toward SH360.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, approximately 20 years of age, approximately 6’0”, approximately 180 pounds, wearing all black clothing and cap. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, approximately 20 years of age, approximately 5”6” to 5’7”, approximately 160 pounds, wearing all black clothing and cap. The suspect vehicle is described as a lime Green, approximately 2005 BMW 7 Series, 4-door, possibly having 22” chrome rims.

Photographs of the suspect vehicle are attached. Anyone with information on this offense is asked to call Arlington Detective B. Dunn at (817) 459-5729 or Crimestoppers at (817) 469-TIPS (8477). All tipsters remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward up to $1,000. An additional reward of $250 for information is also available through the Guns and Gang Busters Program through Save City.

SMH. As a black man I'm disappointed in my young black brothers. I'm disappointed in anyone who commits a crime. But they shoulda been arrested for painting that 7 lime green. When the suspects are caught and If they're found to be guilty (cuz we know in this country you're guilty until proven innocent right???) the judge should add a little extra to their sentence for using a lime green getaway car.

As a BMW owner I'm disappointed in that car.

I am surprised someone on a lime green 7 would commit a crime.

Its a small world to be living in if you drive a lime green 7 series.

Funny thing is I have been in Arlington TX for work the last couple of days. And no, I haven't seen no damn lime green 7 series BMW.

The armed robbery act was possibly an attempt to raise funds for a paint conversion/ reversal project for that BMW.

Nonetheless, I highly question the intellegence of these perps as how does one commit such a crime in a prominent and conspicuous way like that?

You wonder why they would choose a getaway car that stands out so much. I mean, if they were even slightly smart, they would have used a common car like a Civic or a Corolla. If they don't lose the car, I doubt they have much longer before they're caught

As far as I'm concerned, they're already guilty. I mean anyone who could do that to a 7 series is capable of anything. Just painting that car, that color is three strikes........throw the book at them.
