What does this warning light mean?

Hello. My dad owns an E90 japanese model. This warning light suddenly came out today. The manual is in Japanese so we don't understand what it says.

Here is the picture of the symbol.



Please help!!!

Limp mode=Engine problem Full engine power no longer available. Drive carefully. Have the problem checked by the nearest BMW Service
