I've personally used the URO pipe solution and installed back in February of this year. My coolant pipe gasket gave in at about 185K on the clock. I am now at 197K. Do note I am in no way affiliated with the vendor outside of purchasing the product from them. I'd recommend replacing head gaskets and valley pan gasket while in there too.

Ok, I don't want to remove heads so I will go with another manufacture.

It's the same procedure for any pipe you choose. You'll need to remove the air intake manifold which exposes the head gaskets and valley pan to get access to the coolant pipe. If you are an ambitious DIYer I'd recommend purchasing TIS software off ebay to guide you step by step. There are also a couple of youtube videos I referenced to get a gist of where everything is.

I have TIS, you mean valve cover gaskets not head gaskets right? I am not pulling the heads.

no not the VCG...let me rephrase...the manifold gaskets...you don't have to pull any heads.

I do not know of any DIY write ups from any of our past customers but it seems one of them has posted above. I can tell you that over the past 5 months we have sold somewhere around 50 of these with 1 person ripping the seals during the install as I recall having to send a new set of seals to them.

About 600.00 less than AGA, might just be getting this to stick on my shelf as I know I have to replace soon.
