Chrome Kidney Grill come on 2013 x3 28i

I have seen multiple dealer has 2013 x3 28i in stock which has chrome kideny grill like the 35i has on them especially when it is equipped with M-Sport package. I wonder is it a dealer add on option or they have added that as part of M-Sport package.

Just took delivery at the Performance Center last week - M sport pkg, chrome grille. So no, not a dealer add-on. I failed to take notice at the assembly line tour as to what color all the grilles were...

just got my production video, have a 28i with msport and silver grill!

I got my production video last Friday, and saw mine with silver grill too. I did order a 28i with msport and carbon black also.

Hey mmlocke. Yes, the last camera was not working on my video either, what a bummer. Don't know the exact date of delivery yet, I'm up in Seattle. Checked the 1-800 number and still said waiting for a shipping vessel. I thought the usual method by train to california and then to be truck to the pacific northwest. Enjoy your car.

I just had PCD delivery of an X3 28i and it has the silver grill. Looks great with the Blue Water. I also didn't notice the color of grills during the factory tour. Most of the time we just were seeing the vehicles from the side from a little distance so didn't notice, then I didn't think about it during the walk down the final finishing line.

I did get to see the first drive off for an X3, which didn't quite replace seeing mine on the video.
