Drained power

All lights are coming on when i start my car -- park break, steering light, transmission, etc. I researched the forums and found posts that this may be a power drain issue. My husband charged the battery yet car is still in the same condition. Do you guys have any other suggestions before I have it towed to the dealer. Go figure it's just 3k miles over my 50k warrantee.

Sounds like the battery to me. Just because the battery was charged doesnt mean its going to hold the charge.. Almost can bank that its the battery. But to reassure yourself, drive up to Autozone and have them check the battery for you and then proceed to replace.. As far as replacing the battery, Autozone has a direct replacement which is $180 and just take it to an independent shop to register it.. Or, you can go to the stealership and pay 400+ for the battery and registration. Good luck.

Your suggestion worked. I purchased a battery and had a shop put it in and all is well.

Did you get the new battery registered?

Just to add to the above for battery choices.... PEP Boys sells BOSCH batteries and it cost me $112 for my 07 750LI. Had the dealer do the registration part. Thx.
