What are the incentives for leftovers

HI all, does anyone know the incentives for left over 2012s? I speak mostly of 6 series and 7ers. I saw some chatter on other boards of Msport credit, people getting 20K off of 6 series verts etc. What the real deal? Are the MF and residuals no good to do any good even if there are savings? Maybe Jon you can chime in? thanks.
