Placed the order 10days ago, Status 047 - Spec. relased-no quota avail

I placed my order of a F30 328i in a dealership 10 days ago.
But my CA told me today that the status is still Status 047 - Spec. relased-no quota avail.

Does it mean the dealership has no allocation slot right now?
How long can I expect my car delivered?

Not sure why they chose to place an order this way...there should be plenty of F30 allocations available...week 38 on up may be modified to spec... you should check in with them to see why they are doing it this way. If the CA is the one that placed the order ...he may have done it incorrectly... not sure
