Tire and wheel policies go into effect when the tire no longer holds air. If the tire is flat, chances are you have a claim. If it is not, chances are you do not have a claim. Have you checked with a service advisor at your local dealer? If your claim is denied you may want to file a formal complaint with your local city/county governemt about that mammoth pothole that swallowed your beautiful wheel. Make sure to have your alignment checked as well. That looks like a pretty good whack.
