Will this car freak out if I drive with L7 removed?

Im dropping my car off for service/detailed while im away working for a few days. I wanted to remove the Logic 7 amp for repairs at the same time.

I know the car will be road tested, driven around the block or just taken out

Just want to make sure its "OK" to have the fiber-optic loop disturbed while the car was running????

No issues with the drivability of the car. You just won't have any idrive functions like Nav, radio, cd changer etc. Everything else will work fine.
