Lease quote on M3 Convertible- good deal?

Just came back from my Central Florida BMW dealer, looking to lease a 2013 M3 convertible. Options are:

- Premium package
- DCT transmission
- 19" wheels
- Satellite radio

Terms:

- Cash Sale price: $74,500
- Starting money factor: .00195
- Money factory after applying 7 MSDs: .00146
- Total of MSDs is $7,700
- Residual: $45,647/60%
- No cap cost reduction
- $1755 due at signing which includes acquisition fee, etc.
- Monthly payment: $988+ tax so $1,057 including tax.

Is that any good? Any wiggle room on any of the terms?

How much over invoice? Is your credit score over 675?

Yes credit score is over 675. As I check edmunds.com, the invoice price there for my options is $72,200. And the CAP cost of the vehicle is $74,500.

So you're being charged $2,300 over invoice?

What does your upfront fees of $1,755 consist of? Security deposit, doc. fee, title/dmv, etc.

Yes looks like $2300 over invoice. As I look at the numbers printout I was given, I see an acquisition fee of $925, license/registration cost of $150, and a state "other fees" of $66.50. I'm not seeing any other fees on the sheet so I have a call into them to find out why there is a discrepancy there.

There's also a $200 markup over the acquisition fee. Base is $725
