Battery dead?
So my wife has a 2004 x5 and it randomly wont start and just makes the clicking sound. The headlights and all accesories work but wont start. Then I can jump it properly and it fires right up. Can drive and turn on off 6 times in one day fine and then randomly wont start that evening. Im going to get the battery tested and test the alternator. Just wondering what others thoughts and experiences are. I am mechanically inclined and work on cars frequently, just never had an issue like this before. Thanks in advance and god bless.
