m6 gran coupe

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am new to the bmw world.

Will the m6 look just like the 650i with the m sport package? Or will it be a different body kit? I don't really need the speed, but looking at the other m cars they do look really good.

No, the M6 and M sport are similar but do not look the same.

When do you guys expect the m6 gran to be available. Spring release? Or not until next fall?

With the info about the 650i getting the new idrive system in March, I am wondering if they are planning to release the m6 at the same time.

I wouldn't expect the launch of the M6 Gran Coupe to coincide with the iDrive info. We've so far only been told by BMW that it is coming. I like the idea of a spring release but we haven't seen many test mules running around to capture in our spy shots. When you start seeing a lot of test mules with little camo on them you know we're close to the official launch. As that happened yet it's likely to be later next year. End of summer or fall.

The bmw dealer last night said that it would be available to order in March for an April or early May delivery. Not sure how accurate the dealer info is though. I have dealt with land rover dealers for years, and pretty much anything they state, the exact opposite happens.

ROFL I'm sure they're happy to take your deposit but they don't know the release dates yet either.
