Looking to purchase 2013 X5 with the following figures:

Term: 36 months
Mileage: 10k per year

M. S. R. P. $68,870.00
PRICE $64,235.00

DOC FEE $200.00
ACQ FEE $775.00
REBATE $1250.00 (Owner's Loyalty $750 plus Ultimate App $500)

RESIDUAL .60
RATE .00165

GRS CAP COST $65,350
SALES TAX $1,933
CAP REDUCTN $360
NET CAP COST $66,925

ADI RESTDUAL $41,322.00

Monthly Payment: $889.81

Is this a good deal?

Absolutely not. You should run, not walk away from this one. BTW, the search function is your friend on these types of things. A couple of hours of research will save you a few thousand dollars over the lease term.

You should be getting this vehicle at about $500 over invoice. Do you know what invoice is on this vehicle??? Use BMWConfig.com and input your exact options and list what invoice cost is on the vehicle - you can work from their.

The numbers will come out but where are you on sales price? Based on your posts you should be at

Dealer Invoice - $1250 for incentives
Add 500 Dealer profit

Does your actual sales price before tax line up with that?

That seems like a lot of money for a 10K lease.

I would have pegged it in the mid $700s. If a 10K lease is going for close to $900 a month, you might want to either delay your purchase until December when programs will be plentiful or go to another brand (MB).
