Almost ten years after first seeing the Maddox brothers combine non-M extended leather with M standard leather to create M/Z3 Nirvana, I was able to complete a similar project on my Z3 Coupe.
My inspirations ![]() ![]() It stared with an email from a friend that a guy on ebay.de was selling a set of "blue" M roadster seats. It wasn't the seats that drew our attention, but the blue dash pods and door panels clearly visible behind the seats, but not for sale. After exchanging a few emails with the seller, we received a picture from the seller confirming that the door panels were Topaz Blue, exactly what I've been looking for all these years ![]() ![]() Fast forward a couple of months and here it is installed ![]()

Very nice! Congrats on a job well done. With Dakar Yellow there are only 3 colors that would work, Champagne Leather, Impala Brown Classic, or Grey, so I think I'm going to stick with all black.

That looks awesome. I think about customizing my M Roadster all the time. I would like to add the Individual red/black dash panels and Imola Red door cards.

Thanks, hopefully my project will inspire as I was inspired. * Unfortunately, these pieces cost and arm and a leg new and finding them used is like finding a needle in a haystack.
