Braman BMW in west palm
Took my car in for service, the porter brought my car around and gave it to me like this( look at pic) my service advisor told me (And I quote) we can tape it up for you.

Wow. What could have done that?
Personally, I think that while some duct tape would probably work for a while, it would be unsightly. (OK, call me fussy). I would want a total replacement, and not a 3M job.

They told me the heat may have done it, I was pissed with them wanting to just tape it up so service manager put a new liner.

What kind of condition was the headliner in when you dropped the car off? Was the headliner ripped when you brought the vehicle in?

No it looks like it in the pic but is a shadow, the headliner was in perfect condition when i brought it in.
