2012 M3 vert dealer demo lease?

Considering leasing a "new" 2012 M3 vert:

2,000 miles on vehicle
MSRP: $83,625
Sale price offer: $75,950 (includes $3,000 option allowance, $750 BMW loyalty cash and a $250 discount)

36 months
10,000 miles/year
MF: .00145 (I would put 7 MSDs to drop to .00096)
Res: 58% (Dealer states lowered from 60% because of option allowance)

My biggest concern is sale price. I would think with it being a 2012 MY demo (with 2k miles!) and having two new 2013 M3 verts on the lot, they'd be willing to come down more.

Do you know what is the invoice value for the car? That price is so much out of my league that is hard to tell but I would think you could get it lower.

I don't get the part of the lower residual. I could understand an impact due to original miles in the car but bumping the MF because of the allowance makes me think he is not beeing 100% straight. Have you calculated what this 2% means over the life of the loan? That would tell you what the allowance 'really' is.

KYOMS - do you know how to figure out what invoice pricing is for that vehicle with those options? Use BMWconfig.com

Off the top of my head, seem like they are only taking off about $3500 before incentives. Doesn't seem like a good deal when you consider it's 2012 and it has 2000 miles. Also what are they charging you for acquisition fee? Post the invoice cost then and only then will you know if it's a fair deal.

Money factor seems correct and the residual I believe is in line based on the fact that it's a 2012 model year, has nothing to do with the option allowance.
