Navigation and sound system

Asking for assistance on how do I go about buying / installing a sound system an navigation system in my 2009 X5 - basic model. The only features I really miss in my new X5 is not having built in navigation and a very good sound system AND being able to do my bluetooth to my Iphone.

A thoughts or suggestions on systems available - production AND aftermarket systems.

I appreciate any help on this.
